When does billing start?
Billing starts when your HOA goes live on Fourplex. During beta, we're collecting waitlist signups. Founding members lock in 50% off their first 12 months with code FOUNDER50.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Plans scale with your unit count. If your community grows past your tier, you move up at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. No per-unit fees. One flat monthly or yearly price. Payment processing (dues autopay) charges 0.8% for ACH bank transfers and 2.9% + $0.30 for credit cards — passed through at cost, no markup.
